What is the alpha phase? +
ValueArchitect.ai is currently in an invite-only alpha. The product is functional and actively used, but features are still being developed and the platform has not yet undergone a formal security audit. Your data is protected, but we recommend not storing documents with the highest sensitivity levels until the platform reaches general availability. We are transparent about this with all alpha participants.
Who can see my organization's data? +
Only users you invite to your organization. Data is isolated at the database level using Row Level Security — a technical control that prevents any user from accessing another organization's data through the application. Soft Solutions Partners staff may access data for support purposes, which is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Where is data stored? +
All data is stored in the United States on AWS infrastructure (us-east-1 region) via Supabase. We do not currently offer data residency in other regions. If your organization requires EU data residency, please contact us before signing up.
Can I export or delete my data? +
Yes. You can request a full export of your organization's data at any time by contacting us. We fulfill export requests within 5 business days and deletion requests within 10 business days.
Is this HIPAA compliant? +
Not currently. ValueArchitect.ai is in alpha phase and has not yet executed a Business Associate Agreement with our infrastructure provider. We recommend not storing Protected Health Information during the alpha. If you are a healthcare organization with compliance requirements, please contact us — this is on our roadmap for general availability.
Does ValueArchitect.ai use my data to train AI models? +
No. Your organization's data is never used to train AI models. When AI features generate reports or analysis, your data is sent to Anthropic's API to produce that specific output and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes under their enterprise API terms.
What happens to my data when the alpha ends? +
At the end of the alpha phase, participants will be given the option to continue as paying customers, export all their data, or have their data deleted. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any changes to data retention policy.
How do I add team members? +
Organization admins can invite team members from within the app under Settings. Invited users receive a secure link by email. You control their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer) and can revoke access at any time.
